For ages 3+

Wonderful early STEM springboard learning points

Out now in paperback! Featuring a diverse cast of protagonists including a child with a tracheostomy collar, a child wearing a head scarf, a child who stands with a walker, a glasses wearer, as well as children with no obvious visible disabilities, ‘Measuring Me!’ by Nicola Kent (Little Tiger Press) is a wonderful introduction to the how amazing our bodies are!

Nicola Kent is an award-winning creator and has come up with a picture book that challenges readers to think practically about their own bodies - how tall they are compared to a stack of food cans, or how heavy they are compared to the washing on the line in the garden, even how many times their veins would stretch around the world if they were unravelled!!!!

There are lots of wonderful early STEM springboard learning points within this offering. The end papers feature colourful illustrations of a measuring tape, everyday items, and the back inside cover features a pocket containing a personalisation section for the book owner's name and number of tin cans tall they are + an absolutely fabulous paper fold out height chart featuring animals every 10 cm or so and all sorts of cool facts!!

Brilliant book - perfect for those early years, first science topics, and ideal fun for homeschoolers.
